
Main aksar khud ke saath baithta hoon. Sirf shaant hokar nahi, balki poori imaandari ke saath. Woh imaandari jo aankhon mein aankhon daal ke dekhti hai, jo baat ko gol-mol nahi karti.
Aur jab maine khud se yeh poocha:
“Main rigid hoon ya flexible?”
Toh jawab kisi naatak ya dikhave se nahi aaya—woh ek gehre sannate mein se nikla hua sach tha.
Aur sach yeh hai:
Main apne aap se zyada rigid hoon.
Control Ka Bhram
Main maanta hoon ki maine kaafi baar kuch cheezon ko sirf isliye pakad ke rakha kyunki woh mere liye ‘safe’ thi. Chahe woh soch ho, aadatein ho, ya rishte—maine unhe chhoda nahi, kyunki badlav se darr lagta tha.
Kabhi kabhi maine socha ki consistency ka matlab integrity hota hai.
Lekin ab lagta hai, kai baar woh sirf comfort zone tha.
Sach yeh hai:
Jo cheez main control keh raha tha, woh asal mein mera darr tha.
Aur darr ne kabhi chillakar nahi, balki chupke se mere decisions mein jagah bana li.
Nature Se Seekhna
Jab main kudrat ko dekhta hoon, toh samajh aata hai—jo sabse strong cheezein hoti hain, woh flexible hoti hain.
Ped tufaan mein jhuk jaate hain, toot jaate nahi.
Nadiyaan pathar ko bhi kaat deti hain, lekin behti rehti hain, ladti nahi.
Saans—jo har meditation ka base hai—woh bhi sirf andar lena nahi, chhodna bhi hai.
Toh ab main khud se poochta hoon:
Kya main jhuk sakta hoon bina toote? Kya main badlav ko apna sakta hoon bina apna center lose kiye?
Flexibility ka matlab confusion nahi hai.
Yeh ek vishwas hai—khud pe, zindagi pe, aur iss baat pe ki sach static nahi hota.
Woh evolve karta hai.
Ab Kya Karna Hai?
Ek kadwa sach yeh hai:
Main rigid raha hoon.
Lekin ek aazaadi bhara sach bhi hai:
Mujhe aisa rehna nahi padta.
Jab bhi main meditation mein baithta hoon, mujhe yaad aata hai—stillness ka matlab hard hona nahi hai.
Stillness zinda hoti hai. Woh sun sakti hai. Seekh sakti hai.
Aur mujhe bhi seekhna hai.
Toh agar aaj koi mujhse pooche:
“Tu rigid hai ya flexible?”
Toh main yeh kahunga:
“Main ek rigid soul hoon, jo sacred flexibility seekh raha hai.”
Aur yeh kehna mere liye sabse sachchi baat hai.
